Irish Mule (A Zesty, Refreshing Classic)

A St. Patrick’s Day twist on the classic Moscow Mule, this cocktail is crisp, gingery and easy to sip!

2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson works great!)
½ oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
Ice
Lime wedge & mint for garnish

Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
Pour in the Irish whiskey and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint.

Honey & Herb Irish Old Fashioned (Smooth & Sophisticated)

This elevated take on an Old Fashioned features the warmth of honey and the earthiness of rosemary for a perfectly balanced sip.

2 oz Irish whiskey
½ oz honey syrup (mix equal parts honey & warm water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Fresh rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Orange peel twist (for garnish)

In a glass, stir together whiskey, honey syrup, and bitters.
Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds to chill.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and an orange peel twist.

Irish Coffee (Cozy & Boozy Pick-Me-Up)

Warm, slightly sweet, and packed with Irish whiskey and fresh whipped cream, this is the perfect way to toast St. Paddy’s Day!

1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
6 oz hot brewed coffee
Heavy cream (for topping)

Brew a hot, strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
Add the Irish whiskey and stir again.
Gently float freshly whipped heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

Baileys Chocolate Martini (Rich, Creamy, and Perfectly Indulgent)

A dessert cocktail that’s dangerously delicious, blending the creaminess of Baileys with chocolatey goodness.

2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz vodka
1 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva works great!)
Ice
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Baileys, vodka, and chocolate liqueur.
Shake well for 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or a cocoa powder dusting.
